Benjamin Clarke

Associate

Ben maintains a broad based complex commercial litigation and securities litigation practice. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has prepared written submissions in a matter before the Supreme Court of Canada. Ben has experience acting for clients in shareholders disputes, contractual disputes, claims against directors and officers, and appeals.

While at law school, Ben acted as a student caseworker with Queens' Legal Aid. In that capacity, he represented underserved individuals before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Landlord Tenant Branch, and the Social Benefits Tribunal.

Before joining Poulus Ensom Smith LLP, Ben practiced commercial litigation and construction law at a national firm in Vancouver BC.
